Crazy Dots, with the neon glow, my face is crazy looking.

O.K. I'm running out of poses for the photoshop picture and themes.
I need to get my creative side of my brain working again.
I know my memory is gone but I can't loose my creativeness.
I will need it for when the baby gets here and for all of the coloring days we will be spending together.

My cookies that took me all day to make.
I thought that they would come out looking like they do in the books but not with the store bought icing and the plastic tips that they have are way to large to get very good detail and working with only two colors doesn't help.

We finally got enough rain to grow some winter rye grass and the horses are loving it.

With everything going on we forgot to do the 22 week photo, not much change.

Kitchen Upgrade

Our first Kitchen upgrade! A new faucet, the old one was leaking at the base when we turned it on and there was never enough pressure for the hot. The sink is also not flush with the back wall so it was hard to clean behind it when it collected water, but not anymore. We got rid of the clutter and have one handle for hot and cold and the sprayer is in the spout we now have a built in soap dispenser so there is less on the counter. A much needed improvement functionally and aesthetically.

But he still needed a lil help Todd stop staining around and hand him the wrench!

Todd has wanted one for 5 years and finally we got it!!!

Shop Till You Drop

We were going to a concert on Thursday and I still needed something to wear! After the Baby Dr. appt. we went shopping! Todd hates to shop unless he gets some good buys. Well I have been looking for some "mom" jeans for a wile now I've been to every shop in town and most don't have maternity clothing. I have found a few things at like Mother Hood Maternity and Pea in a Pod but they are just not close to my house. I needed something now and something that I could wear out and around the horses/barn and that is comfortable. I even went to consignment shops only one really it has baby stuff and not much there. I even tried a few thrift shops still nothing. My last chance is Bells Outlet somethines there is good stuff there for real cheap! Well Todd hit the jackpot, I found only one small rack of cothes and nothing fit or was what I needed. Todd said look I found some here! They were 50%-95% off. I grabbed everything they had there and everything fit. I now had something to were to the concert! We walked out of there spending a total of $11.70!!!! I got 2 pair of Old Navy capris for $2.40 each, one pair of jean capris for $0.50, Stretchy Jeans for $4.99 "love them" only 50% off and the best of them all was the Mudd Jeans, I didnt know they even made maturnity clothing! These are hot and only ....drum roll... $0.70 they were $60.00. I guess they just have to get rid of this stuff. Nothing wrong with them at all!! So we went to the other store that is bigger the next day to see what they had and I only found one pair at 95% off and they were practically free. Todd got some socks and with the Friday special they might has well gave them to me. What a great start to the weekend. I guess all the running around was worth it, now I need shirts.

Bathroom Remoldeling

Bathroom updates one item at a time....
#1 The toilet
While we were on vacation our toilet must have missed us so it died, so Todd replaced it. sorry no pics.
He liked the new on so much he wanted to do the same for the guest bath room and get rid of the old BLUE toilet that wastes lots of water.



He replaced it with one that saves on water and more pleasing to the eye.
The other Saturday project didn't take very long well not this one it took him all day and several trips to the store. When he removed the old toilet the flange was broken so he took out the old one to find that there was nothing holding the flange it was four inches of concrete but not where it should be, nothing but open space down to the dirt floor! He had to mix up concrete for a base let cure add the new flange and then the toilet along with a few broken parts along the way. I'm sure he could tell the story better than me but he doesn't want to remember what a night mare it was to replace.
